Loser Monday and a Confession......

This post will be short and sweet.....well, not too sweet......I have not been good, I have been bad. I have not been trying, I have been avoiding my diet and in denial. My mind just has not wrapped around it.....BUT, I have hit rock bottom and I will be hopping back on the bandwagon, back in the challenge, back in control. It will be summer soon.....thats incentive enough. So , I dont know if I lost anything yet, I have been walking a lot, and for the last few days, I have been watching what Im eating....so Im hoping I have good news next Monday....

its always soooo hard to get the head in the game, isnt it? you've been walking, thats a big start! i have a conspiracy theory that all packaged foods and foods with fake crap in them have addictive properties, just like when they used to tell women to smoke in the 50's and now we know btter. doughnuts, i want a box, an apple i'll be happy with one. the first days are always the hardest.
