yummmm.....

Made a recipe from Pinterst the other night...can I tell you how yummy it was!!!!
Orange chicken...the easiest recipe I have ever made!!!

Cut up and brown some chicken breasts, I used 4....dredge in flour and brown in olive oil..

Mix up 4 tbp. of brown sugar...3 tbp. of ketchup...6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate, 1 tsp balsamic vinager, and a dash of salt....

add a dash of chili flakes, IF YOU WANT.....this was not in the recipe...

throw the chicken in a crock pot and pour the sauce over it, cook for 2-3 hours on high or 5-6 on low....serve over rice....so easy, so good!

I love ANYTHING lemon and I picked this spray up at target just to see how I liked it...I LOVE it...smells so good when you clean!!!!!!

Tonight Im trying a garlic chicken recipe from pinterest, only 3 ingredients.
gotta LOVE Pinterest!!!!!

OK OK I know Im shallow.....but whos been watching the Bacholer??? what do ya think??? Inquiring minds want to know:)

Oh, we love Orange Chicken and this looks really easy to make.
Thanks so much, I was just looking in the freezer today wondering what I was going to do with the chix breasts.
Hugs,
Susan

First the orange chicken recipe sounds too simple to be delicious. I love orange chicken but never have all the ingredients most recipes call for. I will definitely give this one a try.
Second, I won't tell if you don't...I cannot believe that Ben still has Courtney there and the rags are saying he chooses her. If he was that charmed by her "ways" then I guess he deserves what he gets. I think it's weird that she will be there tonight, the two left are not usually on the tell all show. I guess she was just so mean they had to bring her on. I hate to admit but I will pour me a glass of wine and tune in. lol

Oooh...definitely have to try the orange chicken recipe. If you are doing the lemon garlic one from pinterest, here's a tip...par-boil the green beans first. When I made it, the green beans were not cooked. They were leathery. :( Otherwise, it was very tasty. Good luck!
