It was a great Easter, there were lots more people there but they were camera shy....
OK, diet Monday...well, I decided to weigh myself SUNDAY morning, because I was so afraid of Monday morning, and I was SOOOOOO happy, I had a 2 pound weight loss, so thats 9 pounds so far...HOWEVER, I could not help my curiosity this morning so I decided to hop on and see how much damage I did yesterday. Now mind you, I ate way less than I usually do at Easter, I only had ONE roll, ONE piece of lemon cake, ONE slice of bordouex egg.......so heres the buring question, and I NEED answers.....HOW CAN YOU GAIN 2 POUNDS IN ONE DAY?????????????????? I KNOW I did not eat 2 pounds of food.....and I only had 2 glasses of wine???????? please tell me its water and it will go away.....anybody out there...please??????

Deb.. your 2 pounds very well may NOT be from Sunday. I was told by my WW instructor once that sometimes what you eat doesn't show up on the scale til 2 or 3 days later. So, this mornings weight gain could be from something totally different.. or, it is the water and it will go away!
