Holy Moly....top this!!!!!

SOOOOOOO.....I wanted to get in some tomatos and cucumbers and other vegies before it was just too late....the lady that lived here before had some lettuce growing, so I decided to make a kitchen garden on the side of the house.....

And I ran into the grand daddy of all boulders!!!! NOW I live sort of in a wash area....we have so many rocks we call them rancho cucamonga potatos...but in all my years living here I have never encountered one quite this large....it took me the better part of an hour to get it loosened up..then I had to roll it down the slpoe....and then what....well....this stroller came in quite handy!!!

Look at the size of this thing!

NOW...what the heck am I supposed to do with this monster????????

I planted a few things in the borders outside the back door...they were pretty empty....

See those big A$$ boulders along that planter...wonder where THEY came from...lol...maybe I can add mine to the collection!!!! I needed my BFF here with her BIG A$$ pick!!!!!!!!

So now all I have to do is figure out what to put on all these big empty walls everywhere.......this is the family room and the wall behind the couches is HUGE....and empty...

nothing on the dining room walls yet except a mirrior...

and the living room has a huge wall to fill too....I think I want to do all family pictures....but I have no clue how to hang them....NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyone have any ideas on what to do with all these walls???????????
So Im almost done unpacking...my sewing room is the last one...and the hardest.....I have WAY too much stuff...and I need to downsize but Im having a hard time...ya just never know when you might need something...right??????
We finally have a few warm days.......tomorrow I think Im going to take a spa day at a local spa called Glen Ivy.......wish my favorite peeps were here to go with me:(
Happy Spring, its finally here....I hope!

Just use the big rock in your landscape...that's what I do...everything is coming along up there!! It's looking more like your home every day!

Looks like you're getting settled in, Deb. Good you got that rock out of there as your lettuce roots probably wouldn't have liked it. Amazing what you can find by digging; once in a spot that just wouldn't sprout grass we found where the builders had buried a bunch of their paint rags.....

What a pretty new home! For a big wall in my family room, we painted two large rectangles burgundy, then trimmed them out with white picture molding. (The walls are beige) Then we hung smaller pictures and artwork within the rectangles. The walls are much more manageable this way, and it looks really nice!!

OK, that was one big boulder! I can't believe you can even lift it!! What a beautiful house, yep, you have a lot of wall to fill, just keep reading blogs and I am sure you will get tons of ideas. I saw a blog where she had this beautiful picture of tea cups I emailed her and found out where she got it and now I have my very own tea cup picture!

Hi Deb, so glad you came by, and I had to laugh when I saw that humongous rock in the baby stroller. Be careful if you take it for a spin around the block. Your neighbors might think you're a little "touched"!! My inlaws used to have an old dog that they'd put in the stroller and take a walk, they got some of the funniest looks!! LOL!

Bwahahahaha… love the rock in the stroller. LOVE IT! What to do with it?? Super glue a binky (with cut off rubber part) on it and leave it in the stroller.

It looks to die for...keep up the good work....
