Dont laugh!!!!!!

OK I can hear you out there....all you folks who take snow for granted...but this is HUGE for us here in So. Cal!!!!! Last time I remember snow on the ground at my house was over 20 years ago!
Now I live right in the foothills of the San Bernardino Mountains....and we always get snow in the mountains...but rarely does it come below 2500 hundred feet. But this morning we woke up to the white stuff all over our yard....

I didnt get any pics of the foothills yet, I need it to get a little less foggy to get a good picture....but I think the snow level is pretty low. When I hike....up behind my house, I go up to about 2600 feet elavation, and the news said we would get snow to 2500 feet....well....my house is below that...so I cant wait til the fog clears!!

ok I can hear you laughing out there!!!!! this is on my balconey...I had to go swish my toes in it...lol.

Mind you....I dont own a coat....I only wear Uggs cuz theyre cute....I rarely turn on my heater, and we wear flip flops 300 days out of the year if not more. In fact...last week I was laying in my back yard sunbathing, and my daughter and I were making plans to go to Glen Ivy spa this week....guess thats not gonna happen? but then again, it could be 80 tomorrow...thats southern cal.

So dont laugh....

excuse me while I go build a snow midget.....

I'm not laughing, I'm excited for you! Living in Phoenix we get snow about once every ten years. Last winter we had some fall but didn't stick. I ran across the street to my neighbors house and woke her up so she could come out and look at it.

Though we MORE than got our fill of the white stuff in two winters in New England, I would never laugh. As a true, blue soCal girl - I FULLY understand every bit of your excitement and I would be enjoying it just the same *s*

Hahaha -- I'm sorry, but I laughed. No coat! That's unfathomable -- we live in ours 6 months out of the year! I hope you built a snowman -- even if it was tiny LOL!
