OK.....I just had to share this weeks CVS haul...sometimes they are not so great but this week is awesome!!!!! The body washes were FREE, the toothpaste was FREE...and the Aveeno produts...retail prices 3 x 8.99=26.97.....I had a $10 off coupon on 3 items ...got it from their website, plus a $5.00 off on any cvs purchase over $15.00, got it from the scanner at CVS. which brought the total down to $11.97, then when you buy 3 Aveeno products, you get $10.00 back, so the final total was 1.97 for 3 lotions...ok thats not the end of the story, I also had 2 dollar off coupons for the body wash and 2 .75 cent coupons for the toothpaste, so I really made a PROFIT of about 1.50 for stealing, I mean buying all these things!!!!! And who cant use body wash, toothpaste and lotion???? a very good haul!!!!! It is such a fun game!!!!! Anyone who wants to learn...go here...its a treasure trove!!!!
OK, yesterday, after gaining those 2 pounds, I really figured it was water and I would drink tons of water and lose it overnight.....well, got up this morning and weighed, BIG mistake, sorry Joy, and to my HORROR, another freakin pound!!!!! I did have leftover ham, but not that much, could it be so filled with salt that its doing this to me???? I even went out and jogged last night!!!!!! SOOOOO NO MO ham for ME!!!!!!! Im bedside myself, this puts me back 2 whole weeks!!!!
What can I do???????????

Lots of water and low sodium. Flush your system out. Is your scale balanced? Maybe it's broken???

Are you walking a lot?? I found that made a BIG difference when I was doing WW.
Oh I wish we had the CVS thing going here in Australia ... what fabulous savings, OMG they're almost paying YOU he he he, my kind of shopping!!!

lolol, was thinking of you when i got the free body scrub yesterday. ours was out of the toothpaste, but didnt know about the aveeno products, i'll have to peek and see if i have those coupons. LOVe the free stuff.
Yes, it's salt from the ham. What a shock? Eat Chinese food and watch 10 pounds jump on ion ONE day!
